1. Who I am and how to contact me
This website, sitesbyenzo.com, is run by Sites by Enzo, a one-person web design business. You can email me at hello@sitesbyenzo.com. The business details are on the privacy page.
2. Use of this site
The site is here to tell you what I do and to let you book a call. I try to keep it accurate and current, but I do not promise that everything on it is complete or up to date at every moment.
3. Intellectual property
The text and design of this site belong to Sites by Enzo, except the fonts (Anton, Archivo and Caveat, under the SIL Open Font License), the open-source code the site runs on, and the map data credited below. When client work is shown here, it belongs to the client and is shown with their permission. Please don't copy or reuse anything here without my written permission.
The map of Vancouver in the opening animation is drawn from City of Vancouver open data. Contains information licensed under the Open Government Licence - Vancouver.
4. Links to other sites
Links to other sites are for convenience. They are not endorsements, and those sites have their own terms.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from relying on its content.
6. Services
Every site is quoted on the call. Your price, dates and terms are then set in a written agreement between you and me, made from the promises on this site: you pay when your site is live and you're satisfied with it, and you get 10% off for each week I'm past your set deadline.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction.

I post changes here with a new "last updated" date.
